COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Eligibility

You are eligible to receive a booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine if you meet any of the following criteria:

• Last vaccinated with J&J over 2 months ago
• High risk (60+ years old, possess immunocompromising comorbidites, or frequently exposed to COVID-19 healthcare workers) and last vaccinated with second dose of Astra Zeneca or Pfizer over 3 months ago
• Last vaccinated with second dose of Astra Zeneca or Pfizer over 6 months ago

• Only J&J and Pfizer can be used for booster dose, AZ is still awaiting authorization from the study team
• Clients who were on the AZ regime can be offered either J&J or Pfizer for Booster
• Clients are to be provided the same vaccine they started with for booster , or any other vaccine available.
